No. Deleting the app does not cancel billing. You must cancel through your device's subscription settings (see above).
Open LiftIQ, go to the paywall screen, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Go to Profile โ Account โ Delete Account, then confirm with the on-screen prompt. This permanently deletes all your data. Remember to cancel any active subscription first.
Your plan is assigned based on your goal, experience level, days per week, and session duration. You can update these in Profile โ Training Preferences and your plan will be recalculated.
