LiftIQ provides general fitness and nutrition information for educational purposes only. The content in this App — including workout plans, macro targets, AI Coach responses, and calorie recommendations — is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program or making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions.
We are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from use of the App or reliance on its content.
LiftIQ offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock premium features. Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@liftiqsolutions.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in LiftIQ are owned by LiftIQ Solutions or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Your use of LiftIQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiftIQ Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
