How we write
What you can expect from every LiftIQ guide, article and tip.
Sources first
Health and nutrition statements come from primary sources and public health guidance, such as WHO, CDC, NIH, FDA, the American Heart Association and peer-reviewed studies. Each read links its sources at the end so you can check them.
Professional review
Every read on this site notes, next to its sources, that review by a qualified professional is pending. We will only name a reviewer when a qualified person has actually reviewed that read.
What we avoid
- Promises about weight loss, body shape or performance
- Rankings like "the best diet"
- Recommending alcohol
- Made-up experts, customer quotes or member numbers
Images
Photos of people and food are illustrative images, many created with AI tools. They show no real LiftIQ members or trainers. Phone screens are real screenshots of the app.
