Web and app: what goes where
Read freely. Sign in for your own account and plans. Here is what each part of LiftIQ does.
On the website
- Read written fitness, food, rest and mindfulness guides without an account.
- Sign in to review your profile, goals, assigned plan and progress where account data is connected.
- Personal plans require verified account setup. Account actions show their current availability when you open them.
In the LiftIQ app
- Complete the working app setup, train and log sets with rest timers.
- Use the app’s nutrition logging and account tools, subject to your membership.
- Review your own account’s connected history. Signing in on the web does not copy or merge accounts.
Your account comes first
A personal plan requires a signed-in account and verified setup. Public guides explain training ideas; they do not generate an anonymous personal plan.
Availability
The iOS app is available through the App Store. Android is forthcoming and is not launched. Web account creation, provider sign-in and setup saving are not available yet.
App Store links open the store, not a specific workout.
