Reading your progress

Using LiftIQProduct guideReviewed against LiftIQ app 1.2.113 min read

Every number in LiftIQ comes from workouts you finish and log in the app. Here's how to read them.

Streak

Your streak counts consecutive days on which you finished a workout. Miss a day and it starts again at one. Milestones mark 3, 7, 14, 30, 60, 100, 180 and 365 days. LiftIQ also keeps your longest streak.

This week

"This week" shows the workouts you've completed since Monday out of the days in your plan. If you don't have a plan yet, it uses the number of training days you chose.

Personal records

When you lift more weight on an exercise than you have before, LiftIQ records it as a personal record and celebrates it in the app.

Monthly recap

Each month you get a recap with your total workouts, new personal records and total weight lifted, compared with the month before. It's free to view.

What stays in the app

Body weight, measurements, progress photos and physique scans are recorded and shown in the app.
